Our client, an organization in the banking industry is looking for a Business Analyst Precision LM (PLM).

Job description

Our Subsidiaries team is currently looking for a Digital Technology (NT) Analyst who is familiar with the Precision LM solution for mortgage loan management. The TN Analyst identifies, defines, analyzes and documents needs and opportunities. You will translate business requirements into functional and technical objectives and specifications for initiatives and evolutions affecting Precision LM. You will also be responsible for implementing and testing evolutions, as well as supporting customers in the management of changes induced by deliveries.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Implement new modules, new products, new versions and upgrades in Precision LM.
  • Prioritize and process Precision LM upgrade requests (analysis, configuration, development and validation).
  • Work closely with Technologiques Numériques and business sector teams.
  • Participate in the elaboration of the delivery strategy and the breakdown of activities related to Precision LM evolutions.
  • Act as a clear and active point of contact for users, advising them and identifying and resolving issues surrounding Precision LM.
  • Contribute to the design of solutions and upgrades.
  • Prepare detailed functional analyses and technical specifications for the development team.
  • Accompany and support the development team.
  • Develop test strategy and ensure its application. Carry out tests and support our business partners in carrying out acceptance tests.
  • Develop a change management strategy. Train and support Precision LM users during changes.
  • Alternate with other team members to support and maintain systems (including night production).
  • Comply with current standards during all activities in the delivery cycle (analysis through to production release).

 

Expertise required

 

Minimum of 5 (five) years’ professional experience with Precision LM (delivery of complex projects and version changes) in the financial sector.

Undergraduate university degree in administration, finance or computer science. In the absence of a university degree, any training and work experience deemed equivalent may be taken into consideration.

  • Knowledge of the following Precision LM components:
  • Configurations
  • Loan life cycle
  • Workflow
  • Account manager follow-up
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Accounting
  • Knowledge of the various stages of the operational chain (configuration, appraisal, administration, compliance, risk management, etc.)
  • Good understanding of the organization, processes and systems related to the loan management business.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysis, design and programming aspects.
  • Knowledge of Precision LM database.
  • Good knowledge of SQL programming and database management language and SSRS Reporting platform. Versions 2016 and higher.
  • Knowledge of the technological environment and .NET development tools: C#, ASP.NET, SSIS, Tableau.
  • Knowledge of ETC tool programming.
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio (2015 and above).
  • Knowledge of Power BI development.
  • Knowledge of operational and business intelligence data warehouses, SSAS and OLAP cubes an asset.
  • Certification (ITIL, CobiT, Togaf, PMP, Prince2, Agile, CISSP)
