Our client, a banking organization is looking for an Integration Architect. 

 

Job description 

The main role of the Integration Architect within the Transactional Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation Optimization program (“Champlain Reconciliation”) will be to influence and support the achievement of the program’s objectives with the bank’s various strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for participating with the domain and solution architects on various projects to ensure that the solutions for transactional reconciliations are in line with the guiding principles established for this business capability.

 

Role and Responsibilities

– Contribute to the development of the Transactional Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation business capability architecture principles and guidelines
– Liaise with strategic initiative architects to validate/influence/challenge reconciliation solutions to be implemented
– Act as a consultant to these initiatives in the design of reconciliation solutions
– Track end-to-end solutions developed to ensure they are aligned with guidelines and target architectures

Required Skills

– Have a Bachelor’s degree related to the business and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
– Minimum of 5 years in architecture in the financial sector.
– Experience in coordination and monitoring.
– Strong knowledge of the financial industry, including accounting and payments.
– Natural leadership, influencing, innovative and communication skills.
– Organizational skills, self-starter and initiative.
– Demonstrated political acumen.
– Hands-on experience with agile approaches and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
– Ability to work in a team.
– Ability to communicate in French.
– Ability to communicate in English (to deal with English speaking partners)
