A stock market listing for the group on Euronext Paris
Alan Allman Associates, the international group of 21 consulting firms that includes Victrix, Noxent, Noverka and EC Solutions, has announced its listing on Euronext Paris.
Created in 2009 through successive acquisitions of independent consulting firms, including Quebec-based high-tech companies Victrix, Noxent, Noverka and EC Solutions, Alan Allman Associates is present on the European and American continents. This multi-branded ecosystem is particularly active in the field of digital transformation.
The 21 expert consultancies in the ecosystem each have strong expertise and are positioned in three growth sectors: high-tech consulting, business strategy consulting and industry consulting. The Alan Allman Associates ecosystem achieved consolidated revenues of €111.8 million in 2019, of which approximately 40% was generated internationally.
